“I received the pendant , unfortunately it was damaged. I contacted Pooky and within 24hours a new one was sent. This was received in good condition and customer service agent Mara organised a collection from our home. I cannot praise Pooky and their employees enough for a brilliant service and help throughout our purchase experience!! I am very happy to recommend Pooky for great product and fantastic service!!”

“I am so impressed with my two beautiful Pooky ceiling pendants. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is excellent. I had a question about how to alter the length and received a quick and kind response. In terms of branding, brand positioning, website and product range, Pooky is bang on. The products are not expensive when you see them in real life. They are truly worth the money and inject such character into the room. I look forward to making future purchases from Pooky. “Great quality, looks amazing. Looked for a light fitting I liked for ages and couldn’t find anything suitable until I came across this. Only thing worth considering is that it is quite heavy but that’s just due to the materials used”
