“Looks lovely with starlight beam affect on ceiling. Only problem is electrician said that sellers of quite heavy products need to highlight the fact that ceilings need to have a secure base to fix it on. Our ceiling was lath and plaster and needed a template of cardboard for security.”

“It’s a lovely light and matches well the description on the website. Unfortunately the quality of the glass is not so good. There are scratches and marks on some of the individual panels which can not be cleaned. I would class this as a “second” and will be in touch with customer services. Too late for an exchange now it is fitted by the electrician.”

Hi Susan, I'm sorry to see you are not happy with the quality of the glass on your pendant! I can assure you that we do not sell 'seconds' on our website. However, these are hand made products and scratches in such a delicate material can sometimes happen.
