“I ordered three different, beautiful shades. Had to return this one because I'd ordered the wrong size. I ordered another. I'm posting this review because I had some issues with my local Yodel returns parcel drop off, and contacted Pooky about it. I couldn't contact anyone at Yodel (the ghastly 'chat live to us' was my only option. It didn't work. However, Pooky couldn't have been more helpful. Very quick response (from an actual person!!!!!!) to my email. It was refreshing to have an email address AND the option of a phone number to call (instead of just a 'chat' option with a pre-determined and unhelpful limited number of issues to select from). Thank you, Pooky, for your excellent customer service.”
