“I love this shade, gorgeous colours and lovely material but sadly the attachment does not work with my antique standard lamp which is a shame. It sits too high - if it sat on a shade carrier it would have been perfect.”

Hi Chloe, Really sorry to hear you have had trouble using one of our lampshades on your own fitting. Unfortunately there is no way for us to guarantee that our products will work on antique fittings. We make sure our lampshades are made with fittings that accommodate both standard British and European fitting types and for the most part this is sufficient for customers to use. Our customer service team would always be able to help with this prior to our customers making purchases if they are not sure they will work.
