“First time buying from Pooky so jumped in and bought three light shades! The first sign of a good retailer is the navigation of their website - simple to use and concise. Second sign is the communication from hitting the pay button to the arrival of the product. Informed by email each step of the way. Third sign was the box arriving two days after purchase, well wrapped. Fourth and final sign of a good retailer: the actual product. All three of the light shades bought were extremely well made. I was impressed with the fabric finishing inside the lampshade, not your typical white vinyl. Would highly recommend Pooky. They are a considered purchase but the quality you are paying for is worth it. Excellent customer experience and I will purchase from again”
