“Hi Pooky I fell in love with this lampshade in a magazine, and treated myself to it for my hall table. It's so pretty, just as I imagined it, made of lovely fabric, and since I put it in the window by my front door several visitors have commented on how pretty it is, even before I've opened the door. You were kind enough to warn me of a slight delay but in the end it still arrived promptly, and I'm thrilled. Thank you.”
