“I needed a replacement bulb after 3 years of the original pooky bulb - i couldn't see the exact same on the site and asked customer service for assistance -they were quick in reply and sent me the link to the replica bulb that now had a different reference to the original one, hence the confusion on my part They could not have been more helpful - I appreciate customer service at this level.”
