“Easy to navigate website and order process easy and efficient. Didn’t pay for express delivery and whilst I was able to track delivery progress through Royal Mail this service was never updated so was unsure as to whether my parcel would arrive before I went away ? The parcel arrived the day we left which was great, packaging was excellent and our girl was excited to get the box open. After that she has been totally uninterested and hasn’t touched the first ear at all, bit disappointed, maybe I should have just bought a trial pack but never mind. I do think they look very greasy in appearance and after looking at them and seeing them in person I’m not too bothered that she isn’t going to eat them as feel like the excess oil/fat on them may upset her tummy anyway but just got a box full now to try and find a home for. I did read what they were but was thinking it was going to be more air dried pork shaped into an ear rather than just pigs skin dried and cut into an ear shape so really more my fault for not really understanding exactly what I was ordering. Honest review of our experience my girl doesn’t like them and has no interest in them possibly because she is not used to hide treats.”
