Hi Matthew, thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear you feel let down by the quality of the bottle. Just to double check something hasn't gone wrong in the warehouse, you should have received an original PA Foam Lance Bottle with your lance - this has 'PA' and 'MADE IN ITALY' clearly moulded on its sides (along with two sets of fill lines). If your bottle doesn't feature these mouldings, please don't hesitate to get in touch by phone/email, as we will be happy to replace it for you. We hope this helps!
