“I'm not sure if it is working or not. I applied two coats as per instructions, easy to apply, and I expected rain water to bead up on top of the roof and run off just as it does from waxed paintwork. After rain though the roof is just wet and no evidence of beading. Other people I have spoken to though swear by the stuff.
Beware if you're doing it outside as it is a very fine mist and would blow away easily.”
Hi Brian, something doesn't sound quite right as you should see strong beading after an application of this product. If you'd like to go over your method with us please don't hesitate to get in touch by phone/email, as we may be able to help identify what the problem is (there's a number of factors that could be causing the issue, including cleanliness of the fabric, whether or not you rubbed it in well enough, air temperature during the application and curing stages, and length of curing time).
