“The component parts of this product are pretty solid and well built.
However, the connection between the pole and the head is a simple pressure grab made of plastic. In use I found this to be the products fatal flaw: no matter how tightly I screwed on the retaining ring the head just keeps falling off. A screw connection might have been a better idea.”
Hi Mark, the issue you describe can only occur if the retaining clip is not in place, as correct installation of the retaining clip makes it impossible for the head to fall off. We'll email shortly to go over the assembly instructions with you and fix the issue asap.
