“There was lots of useful material and practice but it would be SO much more beneficial to the students if the sessions were in person. I also believe that it would help the tutors enormously as they would be able to more accurately assess the capability of the students and thus differentiate accordingly. My sister attended an in-person session in 2021 which was obviously after the Covid lockdowns so I implore you to please consider running them in person again.”

Previously, we have run classroom courses at Easter but unfortunately, each year since Covid, our Easter classroom courses have been significantly less popular than our online courses and as much as we'd love to offer both online and classroom courses, the decrease in demand for classroom has meant they are no longer financially viable. We understand some students learn better in a classroom and apologise that we are no longer able to offer this choice. For our online courses, our tutors use many tools to help support individual students and give feedback, including quizzes and online whiteboards, and we limit our course size to ensure all students still feel like they have the opportunity to get involved and ask questions. Students are still provided with all the course materials, and the recordings of the courses are available for them to review at any time, supporting them with their ongoing revision.
