Hi Katherine, thanks for your review. All our courses have high-quality interactive workbooks and question booklets to accompany them. We send the handouts to professional printers who print and bind them and post them to individual students. This process takes around 5 working days. For this reason, we specified on our website (in a banner along the top and in links on our Online Course Information page) dates which courses need to be booked to guarantee the handouts arrive in time. Those who book after the deadline can access digital copies of the handouts in our Google Classroom.
I’ve checked your booking and you booked both the 10-11th Chemistry and 13-14th Biology course on Friday 8th April which means we didn't have time to get the handouts printed and sent to you. Our tutors use the handouts to supplement their teaching - they don’t solely teach out of the workbook or question booklet - which is why we don’t specify that they need to be printed to complete the course.
Hopefully, your son still enjoyed his Chemistry and Biology courses and found them useful despite your frustration with printing the handouts at home - Michelle
