“We’ve purchased this pram for our youngest granddaughter, for Christmas, so it’s tucked away for now. However, we purchased the tartan version of this, as a birthday present, for her older sister back in August. That sturdy, beautifully made pram has been a fabulous hit with both sisters so, to prevent any more squabbles, we’ve brought the Daisy version. The Tartan pram arrived the day after we ordered it, the Daisy version remained stuck with Evri for four days before turning up today (Sunday). I messaged Play Like Mum yesterday afternoon about this and had a personal response later that day, saying the matter would be taken up with Evri. I was so impressed with such a prompt, courteous, helpful and quick reply, which is so unusual these days.
