“Wonderful little pram. I got good advice when I rang the company to ask about the bar that goes over the top.....it was exceptionally stiff to pull up! I managed! Beautifully made. I'm sure my Grand Daughter will be thrilled with it!”
“I haven’t been able to open the product yet as i had to put it straight into the loft due to the packaging being far too detailed. I was disappointed to see a full image of the product on the delivery box as majority of customers like myself will no doubt be keeping the item aside for birthdays/ Christmas”
I'm very sorry that you decided to give us a negative review. We do put a warning in bold at the top of the sales confirmation and in bold at the top of the despatch confirmation to advise that the box displays what is inside the product. But we totally understand how frustrating it will be if the Xmas present is seen before Xmas, but we wanted to provide a gift box. I do hope that the Pram proves to be a great present and if you have any problems please contact us directly and we will do everything to resolve
“Very impressed with the pram, although is a birthday present for my granddaughter. The box it arrived in has been opened but not assembled, due to hiding the pram assembled is difficult. The quality is superb and notifying me that the box would show the pram, allows parents/grandparents to prepare to hide the box. Nice touch, very thoughtful. Thank you”
