“The pram is everything that you would expect and my daughter has been out to the park with it pushing it with pride. My 5 star rating is more about this company and how they respond to a consumer when they have an issue. I ordered this item and it was sent to us via EVRi couriers, as always the EVRi delivery did not arrive and it looked like this would not arrive in time for Christmas. When I contacted PLM they turned my situation into a consumer’s dream. They re dispatched the pram with DHL and guaranteed delivery in 2 days, which they managed to do. Brilliant aftercare is not always recognized but this company turned an EVRi problem into a positive experience.”
