I ordered this item and it was sent to us via EVRi couriers, as always the EVRi delivery did not arrive and it looked like this would not arrive in time for Christmas. When I contacted PLM they turned my situation into a consumer’s dream. They re dispatched the pram with DHL and guaranteed delivery in 2 days, which they managed to do. Brilliant aftercare is not always recognized but this company turned an EVRi problem into a positive experience.”
