“This is for Christmas so haven’t actually opened it yet. I’m sure it will be amazing and my daughter will be so happy. Though I have spoke with customer services as there was a problem with the courier delivery it, it was lost in transit. The lady I spoke with was so nice and resend another and I got that within a few days. I actually got off the call and said to my partner that it was a nice change to call a company and them to answer promptly without any automated messages. Thank you”
