“Your advert is misleading it is for a double buggy so I expected double accessories in box. However, the not one set, reordered another , driver left outside and my granddaughter saw this was a Christmas present so I’m very upset”
Our adverts are absolutely not misleading. The Pop twin accessory pack has the contents listed. It has photographs of each of the items. We state that it contains 1 x Cosytoe, At no point do we state that it includes 2 Cosytoes. We actually charge only £1.50 more for the Pop Twin Accessory set compared to the Single Accessory Set even though it contains a Twin raincover that is double the size of the Single.
I am sorry you are disappointed but please dont accuse us of being misleading. Our integrity and transparency in everything that we do is most important to us. If you wish to buy a 2nd Cosytoe, we will be very happy to supply that to you
