“Received twin buggy promptly but unfortunately, there was a fault collapsing it.
After I sent an email to the company regarding this I received a brand new buggy within days. This was between my initial email just after Christmas and receiving a replacement new year.
I am really pleased with the new buggy and would recommend the company to anyone, customer service is excellent and will be using play like mum again in the future”
