a friend bought the same and has informed me the wheels are not swivel front wheels! for £53 you would expect them to be.

I am sorry that you are dissatisfied. However, I think it is very harmful and unfair to give a 1 star review because this item does not have swivel wheels!! At no point do we ever state it has swivel wheels, we do not photograph it with swivel wheels , we state all of its features and we never mention swivel wheels. If you wish to have a refund, please contact the office and we will sort for you
