“Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter, but opened it to check it was okay. Really pleased with the quality and easy adjustment of the handles. She will love it - hence the five star rating for the product itself. My only issue was that I used the option of a Hub for collection, to avoid the parcel being left on my doorstep as has happened previously, but the delivery company's tracking showed that they tried to deliver when the shop was shut or claimed it had an incomplete address on another occasion, so I finally received the parcel six days after ordering it!”
“Pushchair itself is great. Very disappointed with delivery. The box itself has a picture of the pushchair ,maybey an idea to wrap the boxes at this time of year as the delivery driver left it sitting at my back door (fence is only 4 foot so anyone could of took it as my back door is on a busy road) my daughter ran in the garden before me and saw it sitting there, trying to explain why it arrived before santa brought it is tricky . I also usualy work until 9pm (luckily i wasnt) so definitely not a safe place to leave it.”
“Have not opened it yet as it is a Christmas present but I feel sure it will be fine. Was disappointed not to find a facility to claim the 15percent off as a new customer and after being given the code WELCOME19 for 10 percent discount was informed no such code. Why??.”
