“The pram is a xmas present for my grandaughter so it won't be used until then. The delivery was fast, but as it was going to Jersey customs seized it until they had confirmation of the value . You had put the value as 1p which raised questions. I don't understand the reasoning behind this but it did raise some problems for my daughter who had to ring them, explain then arrange to collect it.
It would have been simpler to have put the real value on it!”
