Hi Katren, Your order was delivered last Tuesday Sept 11th exactly on time. You were sent an email to say that it had arrived at your chosen click n collect store. if you had looked at the tracker, you would have seen it was delivered last Tuesday at 13.02, so I am sorry as I dont understand why you have given two 1* negative reviews?? We have despatched on time and delivered on time
