“The pram is amazing!! Our granddaughter was beside herself when she opened it ... but the delivery service from yodel was absolute disgraceful, to the point my husband had to travel to Crawley to pick up item. On top of that numerous expensive calls to rectify situation when arrived no reason or apology & box was damaged. Totally disgusted in there service to the point I would make a complaint about there service for you & customers”
“Very disappointed in the quality of this Pram for the price of it. It’s definitely not worth it. The handle isn’t stable when it’s at it highest setting. The hood won’t stay on. And when it was delivered it had pictures of what it is on the box. Luckily all my children were out at the time! The Pram also looks to small for the frame it attaches to. I also bought the accessories pack. Which is also very poor value for money. I would not recommend this Pram unless it was half price.”
