“Not pleased one bit my pram was broken when it arrived came to collect it and i should have resived a new and now they have sent me the old broke one back im really not happy”
“I bought the pram as a present for my daughter’s 3rd birthday in January, so haven’t been able to use it yet, but have taken it out of the box to make sure everything was there. I am pleased with the pram itself; I looked everywhere for a pram that was similar in style to the one I use, with the option to change from carrycot to pram and back, and this seems the best option on the market! I especially love the ability to have the pram parent facing or world facing, and I also wanted a pram with swivel wheels at the front! It looks very well made, just like a miniature of a real pram! However, I wasn’t going to leave a review at all due to being a bit dismayed with the state the box arrived in, (especially for the amount of money paid!) but after reading another rebiew which gave an extremely similar experience, I feel compelled to let others know my experience also. The box was in very poor state, covered in dirt and black marks, with holes in the middle of the widest side, and also holes at the bottom where the frame of the pram had clearly poked through! The tape around all sides of the box also gave the impression of being removed and taped back together in a hurry as if it had been a return item. The tape was all dirty and extremely creased, and not stuck down properly in places. I spent quite a long time actually removing all the tape and desperately trying (and failing) to repair the holes with my own wide selotape in the hope of improving the appearance to gift the pram in it’s box, but sadly the corregated cardboard used is much too badly damaged, so I am minded now just to put the pram up and wrap in a pretty bow and present it fully assembled instead! We also had delivery via yodel, however I suspect that the product being in such poor condition might have more to do with being stored at a fullfillment centre (came from “prolog ltd” in Nottingham, as opposed to where the company is based in Lancashire). Also disappointed that the pram box itself was used as the packaging, with a massive document bag stuck to the front, which also makes it difficult to gift as-is (and didn’t offer enough protection to the pram in transit!). My little girl actually saw the picture on the box by mistake because of this when I took the delivery, so I’m hoping she will not have realised what it was by the time her birthday in January comes around! Having said all that, I cannot fault the product itself at all and still love it as much as I did when I first saw the advert online! I am also impressed with the speed of delivery at no extra cost! I would still highly recommend this product to others, but the quality of the packaging definitely needs to be looked into!”
