“I buy all my meat from Pipers Farm now - I’d rather have a little of it and know that I’m eating meat that has been organically and ethically produced, than eat a lot of mass market supermarket meat that doesn’t taste as good. The venison steaks are utterly delicious, seared and allowed to rest just as you would a fillet steak. I eat mine with fondant potatoes and salad with Parmesan: it’s a real treat.”
