“We had a 550g haunch of venison for the two of us on Christmas Day. Followed your instructions - it was sublime, best venison we have had in ages. Some left over for today, thinly sliced- still melt in the mouth. Thank you Piper's Farm, you made my day! No photos - its all gone!”

“So very, very good. Covered it in a piece of Saddleback lardo, roasted in a hot oven for just under 40 minutes - properly delicious. Tender, full of flavour. Yum.”
