“Great taste. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is I prefer a courser minced meat as I found it stayed in lumps rather than breaking up.”

“I use this mince for pasta sauces , chilli and potato topped pies . It’s delicious . Very little water content and am able to caramelise the mince .”
