The moistness of the meat, is very impressive and as always, we use every last scrap of the bird following the main meal for, buffets, curry, broth and stock so nothing of the fantastic product is wasted.”

“The turkey was larger than I expected but that was due to my ignorance. I cooked it from room temperature following the Pipers cooking instructions. Came out beautifully brown. The meat is moist, excellent flavour and is delicious hot and cold. Would definitely recommend.”

“I dry brined the turkey, stuffed it, and then roasted it as usual. It was the most flavourful turkey we've ever had. The skin crisped up perfectly, and the meat was excellent.”
