“Absolutely delicious! Beware! There is a warning that the turkey cooks quicker than anticipated, so test 20 minutes before recommended time. I should have tested it 30 minutes before, but it wasn't dry at all.”

“This was the best turkey I've ever eaten, never mind cooked! What's interesting is that I simply followed the advice from Pipers and chucked it in the oven - no buckets of water overnight or stuffing with butter, etc. This suggests there really is something special, and well worth paying for, about truly free range organic turkey. See you next year.”
