“Put some of the Cumberland sausages in a homemade toad-in-the-hole. Served with chunky onion gravy - so delicious!! Proper comfort food”

“I like these because they are gluten free. They are very tasty, especially when they are cold. I think they need to be cooked carefully as they can become a little too dry. My grand-daughter said the skins were too thick.. Oh well more for the rest of us!! I liked the extra flavouring”

“The flavour is wonderful, the herbs come through but are not overpowering. They are meaty and the texture is crumbly, not mushy as most sausages are. The skins are firm yet not chewy. Very popular with my family!”
