“We pre-soaked the gammon then simmered it with some herbs and vegetables before roasting it with a mustard glaze. It was very tasty and fairly tender. For our second meal from it, we ate it with parsley sauce and still have some leftover ham slices in the freezer. The ham stock has also really enhanced our minestrone soup.”
