“Tender juicy meat, full of flavour. Beautifully trimmed so the chop has a little more fat which improves the flavour but melts as it cooks. I still get a crispy crackling edge too. Delicious!! Now a regular item on my shopping list with Pipers Farm.”

“The chops were good and thick and cooked well: not dry, as can often be the case with pork. We're lovers of crisp pork rind and this didn't disappoint.”

“As always the Pipers Farm experience was an excellent one. Delicious Saddleback chops, wonderfully meaty and plenty of fat ( not too much) to melt and add even more flavour to these well exercised, well fed and happy pigs. All the meat I’ve had from Pipers Farm has always been very good and I’ve had quite a lot of it. The deliveries arrive incredibly promptly, in excellent condition and well packed. Thankyou all at Pipers Farm for your hard work to ensure good farming practices, good soil health and a fine commercial enterprise.”

“Pork chops as they used to be! Large surface area, so not too thick ,but with lovely layer of fat on the outside edge which crisped up nicely in the oven. Juicy and really tasty!! I just seasoned them with a little smoked salt and ground black pepper. Ready to order some more.”

“The flavour of the pork was very good, the way it used to taste. The service was good and the packaging worked well despite the fact that we were going through a hot spell. As a single person I appreciated that everything was individually wrapped and I didn’t have to eat the same meat two nights running.”
