“I make a simple stew of aubergines with this sausage meat, and it turned out perfect. Even at the initial browning stage the sausage meat didn't give out the watery mince smell of the supermarket varieties. It tasted of what it said on the package: mince, natural herbs and nothing else. I imagine this will be great as stuffing too”
