“I love these and buy them every time I make an order. They have a really great flavour and are very versatile. I like them cooked in wine or cider with onions and apples but they are also good fried quickly or in a stew.”

“Superb flavour, tender as can be, we brown these quickly and put in the slow cooker with pre-roasted plum tomatoes and a full bulb of garlic, rosemary, sel de guerande, beef stock. Woof woof. It was good.”
