“I'm afraid - these sausages weren't as good as I'd hoped, although my DS did enjoy them I didn't find these spicy enough, given they were labelled jerk, and the filling inside was a bit paste-like. I do prefer my sausages more course”

“These were not what I expected. They are oversized and stuffed with a purée of meat and flavourings so there is no meaty texture. Very bland - not at all like jerk sausage I have eaten in the US and Canada. Avoid”

Hi Stephen, Our Sausages are made simply with native breed pork, gluten-free oats and a pinch of salt and pepper, our classic sausage meat is carefully balanced with our handmade jerk mix, creating a firey sausage. I am sorry, they were not to your taste or like the jerk sausage you have eaten in the US and Canada
