Delicious bacon! I cook it in the microwave after removing the rind and some of the fat which I then add to stews.

Tastes like bacon should taste. Grilled the rashers, and had them on a lightly toasted muffin, finished off in the rendered bacon fat in a frying pan, with a poached egg perched on top, and a glass or two of Bucks Fixz. The perfect start to a Saturday, and a long Birthday weekend getaway.
