“Lovely juicy sausages bursting with pork flavour. I was taught this method of cooking sausages by a champion sausage maker. Put in a saucepan of cold water. Bring to the boil, drain. Then fry in a little oil till brown all over. This method helps ensure the sausages are cooked through without getting burnt during the frying or grilling process, and worked brilliantly with these.”
