“The item was cooked in my slow cooker with the cracking finished in the oven. Fell off the bone with a wonderful flavour. One of my favourite cuts of meat. Great hot.or vold”

“Had this for a roast dinner and followed the simple cooking guidelines and it was the best belly pork I have ever had and the crackling was amazing. I really do prefer pipers farm meat and the ethos behind it.”
