These were delicious! Made the Schnitzel recipe from your book, plus the dill potato salad, it was wonderful, and I will definitely be ordering again. Very happy customer.

A delicious dish easily prepared and pan fried with lemon infused oil, a little sage and lemon juice. The escalopes are tender and tasty and just the right portion size for a healthy meal.

My mum was Austrian and so making Schnitzel is in my blood. Joy of joy these escalopes will just need a coating of flour, egg and breadcrumbs after a gentle ‘bash’ and then frying in butter and oil. My family serve these accompanied by my Mum’s recipe potato salad and cucumber salad.
