Sadly very small and REALLY fatty - they are shoulder steaks, if I had realised that I wouldn't have bought them. I did them in the oven - as I thought if I fried them they would be tough. They were tough anyway.

Hi Christine, So sorry to hear that the pork steaks were not to your taste, our customer care team are available and happy to help you make your choices if you are unsure of which cut would be more suited to your taste. Described as containing rich buttery fat that melts into the most sublime flavour, cutting through the sweet Saddleback meat, our pork steaks won 3 gold stars at the Great Taste Awards. I am sorry that you were disappointed, please do contact Phoebe or Liz on our customer service team if we can help further? Best Wishes Pipers Farm
