“I usually buy smoked but too late - so opted for unsmoked. I wasn’t disappointed - flavour just as good with a saltiness that was just right. I boiled it first then baked - coated in a honey maple glaze as from your recipe book.”

“This gammon tasted like gammon should. Beautiful colour. Firm meat that cooked exceptionally well without it falling completely apart when carved. But melted in the mouth. Best gammon I’ve had in a long time.”
