Just lovely. Threw it in the slow cooker with plenty of garlic, mushrooms and stock, all that marrow made it taste unctuous but without being greasy. Great flavour meat, very nice to have something different from the usual offerings. Highlighted why cheap supermarket meat is cheap and why Pipers Farm is worth it, I'd go as far as to say it's better value for money than vacuum pack supermarket meat because every mouthful just has more bang for the buck, what greater pleasure is there than hearing folk making the cooing noises that good food makes you make. Yum.

Quite boney - not at all sheepy - just lamby. I would buy the diced mutton over this next time.
