“Thoroughly enjoyed the taste and aroma. Much easier to cook than anticipated. I ate mine just as I would lamb and didn’t find it tough at all. Good depth of flavor.”

“The last time I tried mutton was in the Falklands Islands, so I was expecting much of the same. The difference was chalk and cheese the joint was full of flavout, but not the "goat cheese " fatty flavour I remembered. A nice rounded succulent meat, we slow cooked ours. The service as always with pipers was second to none.”

“We followed your cooking instructions to the letter. The only flaw is the smell filling the house was incredible and we had to wait!!! But, the wait was worth it, the most delicious meat, so tender and just heavenly. People always talk about mutton as “old sheep” and dismiss it, they are missing out. Have ordered more and the red onions and stock are ready to go. Can’t wait!”
