“Eat meat as a treat. Buy the best. Lamb from Pipers: you have guaranteed quality, subtle flavour and the best balance of lean and fat. The lamb loin is perfectly tender and needs the simplest treatment, no heavy additions when cooking. As important to me is the knowledge that I am supporting British farmers. They are being battered day and night by the ignorance of agriculture embedded in our vile government. They need our praise and our support.”

“When I unpacked the box on arrival the label on the joint stated that it was pork loin but on closer inspection found it to be lamb and I must say that it was probably the best lamb we have ever tasted. Congratulations.”
