“Enjoyed your lamb, very flavoursome. I made the mistake of roasting it in foil with rosemary garlic and butter and only crisped it for a few minutes. But the flavour and the tenderness both stood out, even though I didn't achieve that savoury crispiness I wanted.”

“It was delivered to the wrong place in our property ie placed on the pavement by the front door completely ignoring the short and precise instructions to the courier company, but we eventually found the package. It contained only one of 3 fillets ordered which upset the whole plan of cooking for 8 people. The meat was good but really thin and small and not nearly as nice as the 2 other replacement fillets bought from Morrisons which were local Scottish ones. There is much to be learned on how to run an efficient business still. Yes I received an apology when I telephoned but by then it was too late. It did added a lot of stress to a busy household”

“This is the most flavoursome, tender lamb I have ever had. Perfect quality on arrival, froze it and then used it a few days later. Highly recommend”
