“Most disappointed with the texture and flavour of the Lamb Steaks we had for lunch on Saturday. My guest jokingly suggested "Road Kill" perhaps. However i am sure it maybe a one off and sincerely hope so,as i prepare my next purchase from Pipers Farm. The packaging was excellent and i appreciated the sealed clear view environmentally friendly packs the joints came in. W Granfield.Warrington”

“Flatten the lamb steaks in a plastic bag using a rolling pin. season. fry in fat or oil on med heat till brown very nice goes well with home made gravy steamed and roasted veg”
