“I have never had lamb skin as crispy and delicious as this done very quickly in the air fryer. So easy to cook! The meat was cooked to perfection and very tender. Husband also very pleased with it.”

“Absolutely delicious lamb. Amongst some of the loveliest I have tasted, with a deep and rich flavour. I even managed to convert one of my dinner guests who doesn’t usually enjoy lamb. I ordered 8 of these for a dinner party and the racks were neat and even, so looked nice on the plate.”
