“The nastiest goose we have ever eaten. However a slightly smaller than ordered goose was delivered ( I’m assuming the unprompted refund was for the shortfall) it was hugely disappointing as we all wanted more!”

“Was well prepared, with excess fat already removed and sealed in a bag, just like the giblets. Was pleasantly surprised to find it even had a bouquet of fresh herbs in the neck. I used my own recipe as usual and the bird was amazing. Incredibly tender and juicy; I did use remote temperature probes to monitor the cooking but the instructions included would have delivered an excellent roast goose if you followed them.”

“Really tasty. Followed the very clear storage instructions upon delivery. The goose was slightly smaller than ordered but I received an email explanation in advance and also a telephone call and a refund to allow for the smaller weight. Great service.”
